Kedarkantha Trek – Explore the Serene Himalayas

5 Days

The name ‘Kedarkantha‘ is steeped in ancient lore, echoing the tales of Lord Shiva and the unfinished temple from the times of the Mahabharata. ‘Kedar‘ symbolizes Lord Shiva, while ‘Kantha‘ signifies throat. Legend has it that the Pandavas, during the construction of the Kedarnath temple, faced divine signs compelling them to halt, resulting in the temple reaching only up to the throat level, with the remaining construction taking place in Kedarnath.
