Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Full payment for your trip must be made before the trip departure date.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • In case of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

    • 30 days or more prior to trip departure: 80% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

    • 15-29 days prior to trip departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

    • Less than 15 days prior to trip departure: No refund.

  • In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, we will make every effort to reschedule the trip or provide a credit for future use.

Changes and Amendments:

  • Super Trekkers reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or other factors.

Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend that all clients have travel insurance covering personal accidents, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

Liabilities:

  • Super Trekkers is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person participating in our trips.

Health and Fitness:

  • It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are in good health and physical condition to undertake the trip.

Travel Documents:

  • Clients must ensure they have a valid passport, visas, and permits required for the trip.

  • The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and following local laws and regulations.

Complaints:

  • Any complaints or concerns during the trip must be reported immediately to the trip leader or guide.

Code of Conduct:

  • Clients are expected to follow a code of conduct and respect local culture and traditions during the trip.

Privacy:

  • Super Trekkers will protect client data and will not share personal information with third parties.

By booking a trip with Super Trekkers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
