The 3 Pillars of Satopanth Tal Success

Essential tips for the high-altitude glacial trek

1
Acclimatization: Spend 24 hours in Badrinath before moving to Mana to prevent AMS.

Glacial Navigation: The path from Sahasradhara to Satopanth involves crossing shifting moraines; always follow a guide.
3
Hydration: Drink 4-5 liters of water daily to combat the dry, high-altitude air of the Alakapuri Glacier.
